| dc.description.abstract | El enfoque central de esta tesis radica en investigar y explorar pasos evidenciados y validados por su capacidad para fomentar la claridad, transparencia y participación en el entorno de Gobierno Abierto de Rosario. El propósito es abogar por la consolidación de entornos digitales sencillos y accesibles que promuevan una gobernanza sustentada en la apertura de información que facilita el acceso a un amplio espectro de ciudadanos, incluyendo a los sectores más vulnerables. Esto, a su vez, promoverá una mayor adopción y participación ciudadana en el espacio de Gobierno Abierto digital del municipio de Rosario. | |
