| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo se interesa por las diferencias entre los estilos de liderazgo de Javier Milei en Argentina y Jair Bolsonaro en Brasil. Supone que, en la medida en que el liderazgo es un tipo de relación social históricamente construida, sus estilos se vinculan con la cultura política del país donde se desarrollan. A partir de una mirada sociohistórica, el trabajo analiza el rol de los grupos de poder clave (las élites, las Fuerzas Armadas, la Iglesia Católica, las organizaciones sociopolíticas y los partidos) tras la transición hacia la democracia, debido a que su posición los ubica en lugar privilegiado para (re)producir e influir sobre los valores, creencias e ideas dominantes que marcan un umbral respecto de los estilos de liderazgo socialmente tolerados en cada país. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This article is interested in the differences between the leadership styles of Javier Milei in Argentina and Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil. It assumes that, because the leadership is a type of social relationship historically constructed, they are linked to the political culture of the country where they emerge and develop. From a sociohistorical perspective, it analyzes the role of key power groups (elites, the Armed Forces, the Catholic Church, sociopolitical organizations, and parties) after the transition to democracy. Their position located this power groups in a privileged place to (re)produce and influence the dominant values, beliefs and ideas that limit the leadership styles that are socially tolerated in each country | |
