Resumen

El presente artículo pretende ofrecer una reflexión desde la perspectiva de la criminología económica respecto de los desafíos que se presentan y la necesidad de adoptar políticas públicas tendientes a hacer frente a las complejas maniobras llevadas a cabo por organizaciones criminales para transformar los activos de procedencia delictiva utilizando las estructuras de la economía legal con la finalidad de ocultar su verdadero origen, valiéndose a su vez de las estructuras estatales. Para ello, el análisis se circunscribe a la provincia de Santa Fe y constituye un primer relevamiento de políticas en materia de seguridad.
This article aims to offer a reflection from the perspective of economic criminology regarding the challenges that arise and the need to adopt public policies aimed at dealing with the complex maneuvers carried out by criminal organizations to transform assets of criminal origin using the structures of the legal economy in order to hide their true origin, making use of state structures. The identification of the problem generated an intense debate at the local level in the different state structures regarding what role it corresponds to in the face of this new reality.
