| dc.description.abstract | Esta tesis sostiene que la reparación de las violencias de género (VDG) en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR) constituye un proceso complejo y multidimensional, marcado por significados y temporalidades diversas. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo e interdisciplinario que combina estudios de género, teorías feministas y el giro afectivo en las ciencias sociales, se indaga en cómo las personas que han atravesado o acompañado situaciones de VDG en la universidad experimentan y comprenden la reparación durante el periodo 2017-2022. Con un enfoque biográfico, la investigación se basa en testimonios de estudiantes, docentes, no docentes, graduadxs e investigadorxs, lo que permite comprender las dinámicas políticas y afectivas que configuran las respuestas a las VDG en la UNR. Se destaca la influencia del activismo feminista, especialmente a partir de la llamada cuarta ola en Argentina, que fomentó la creación de distintos tipos de espacios de género y sexualidades en las universidades. Asimismo, se analizan las tensiones entre las perspectivas punitivistas y antipunitivistas, las limitaciones de las sanciones formales vinculadas a los protocolos de abordaje de VDG y el papel de las acciones colectivas en el proceso de reparación. El trabajo de campo, llevado a cabo en Rosario entre 2019 y 2022, se basó en la realización de interlocuciones, la observación participante y el análisis de corpus documental. Entre los documentos analizados se encuentran normativas oficiales, notas periodísticas, publicaciones en redes sociales y registros institucionales. La tesis plantea que la reparación no siempre es posible, pero su imposibilidad pasada y presente no anula su potencia proyectiva de imaginación política. Se concibe la reparación tanto como un proceso a largo plazo como a través de acciones reparatorias concretas. Para abordar su complejidad, la tesis se organiza en seis dimensiones de análisis: sancionatoria, económica, simbólica, pedagógica, espacial y colectiva. La reparación se comprende no sólo como una respuesta institucional o legal, sino como un proceso colectivo político que involucra dinámicas de poder, afectos y vínculos comunitarios, relacionado a su vez a distintas formas de hacer política y de transformar las relaciones sociales en el espacio universitario. La reparación no se entiende entonces como un objetivo final ni como un proceso lineal, sino como un campo en disputa donde convergen diversos sentidos y acciones. De este modo, la tesis propone una visión de la reparación como un proceso en construcción constante, atravesado por tensiones, resistencias y diversas formas de agencia colectiva. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis argues that the reparation of gender-based violence (GBV) at the National University of Rosario (UNR) constitutes a complex and multidimensional process, shaped by diverse meanings and temporalities. Drawing on a qualitative and interdisciplinary approach that combines gender studies, feminist theory, and the affective turn in the social sciences, it explores how individuals who have experienced or accompanied cases of GBV within the university context understand and navigate reparation during the period 2017–2022. Using a biographical perspective, the research is based on the testimonies of students, faculty members, non-teaching staff, graduates, and researchers, which allows for an understanding of the political and affective dynamics shaping responses to GBV at UNR. The influence of feminist activism is particularly highlighted, especially following the so-called fourth wave in Argentina, which spurred the creation of various gender and sexuality-related spaces within universities. The thesis also examines tensions between punitive and anti-punitive perspectives, the limitations of formal sanctions associated with institutional GBV protocols, and the role of collective actions in the process of reparation. Fieldwork was conducted in Rosario between 2019 and 2022 and involved interlocutions, participant observation, and the analysis of a range of documentary sources. The documents examined include official regulations, press articles, social media posts, and institutional records. The thesis contends that reparation is not always possible; however, its past and present impossibility does not nullify its projective potential as a form of political imagination. Reparation is conceived both as a long-term process and as a series of concrete reparative actions. To address its complexity, the thesis is organized around six analytical dimensions: punitive, economic, symbolic, pedagogical, spatial, and collective. Reparation is understood not only as an institutional or legal response, but as a political and collective process involving power relations, affects, and community ties. It is also closely connected to diverse forms of political engagement and the transformation of social relations within the university space. Reparation is therefore not viewed as a final goal or a linear process, but rather as a contested terrain where multiple meanings and actions converge. In this light, the thesis proposes a vision of reparation as a continuously evolving process, shaped by tensions, resistance, and various forms of collective agency. | |
