Resumen
The current article deals with the relationship between the present-day situation of the family and the school, and the demand that the society in Córdoba makes towards the teacher training. It considers the results obtained from the exploratory research carried out by the CIFE, Faculty of Educational Science of Córdoba Catholic University: "Teacher training suitability facing the society demand". It also carries out a theoretical path thtoughout the present situation of the family and the school, institutions which are going through a changing progress that emerge from a reality totally different from rhat lived a few decades ago. Both have been moved inside and new possibilities of creative transformation arise. That is why, from these institutions reality, and taking in account the new demans the society makes towards the teacher training, it turns into a need that future teachers may have available instruments and strategies that ease their wrk in this full present-day society.
