| dc.description.abstract | En la presente tesis de Maestría en Estudios Culturales proponemos reconstruir la experiencia de la práctica cultural de la murga estilo uruguayo en la ciudad de Rosario con el objetivo de narrar su historia y presentar un análisis de las particularidades que adoptó el género. En la tesis se indaga sobre la gestación de las agrupaciones murgueras, las diversas formas de organización de las mismas, sus objetivos, modalidades de trabajo, su visión sobre la práctica y los temas centrales sobre los que cantan las murgas en nuestra ciudad. El trabajo versa sobre tres ejes principales. En primer lugar, damos cuenta de las características principales que tiene la murga en Montevideo con el objetivo de realizar una comparación y establecer lazos con el estilo y las particularidades que asume en la ciudad de Rosario. En segundo lugar, caracterizamos la emergencia y evolución de la MEU en Rosario y sus vínculos con el carnaval en la ciudad. Finalmente, analizamos el panorama actual de la murga en Rosario y las particularidades que presentan las distintas formaciones murgueras de la ciudad, la función social de las murgas y los murguistas, la relevancia de la territorialidad y del barrio como elemento constructivo de la identidad de las murgas y el circuito de producción y consumo en Rosario. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | In this Master's thesis in Cultural Studies, we propose to reconstruct the experience of the cultural practice of the Uruguayan style murga in the city of Rosario with the aim of narrating its history and presenting an analysis of the particularities that the genre adopted. The thesis investigates the gestation of the murga groups, the various forms of organization of the same, their objectives, work modalities, their vision of the practice and the central themes about which the murgas sing in our city. The work deals with three main axes. In the first place, we give an account of the main characteristics of the murga in Montevideo in order to make a comparison and establish ties with the style and the particularities that it assumes in the city of Rosario. Second, we characterize the emergence and evolution of the MEU in Rosario and its links with the carnival in the city. Finally, we analyze the current panorama of the murga in Rosario and the particularities presented by the different murga formations in the city, the social function of murgas and murguistas, the relevance of territoriality and the neighborhood as a constructive element of the identity of the murgas and the production and consumption circuit in Rosario. | es |
