COVID - 19 a nivel global.

This work is divided into two large sections: the first part corresponds to chapters 1 and 2 and describes the passage of recorded music in its historical relations with the media and in its different production phases; from radio transmission to distribution in physical formats in its different versions; the relationship with traditional media, the main actors and their relationships, to the current forms of access mediated by streaming. This tour focuses on the expansion and the main characteristics of the implication of digitization and digital convergence in a postbroadcasting context. The second part, chapter 3, takes up the current relationships between musicians, audiences and digital access platforms, describes the main practices and proposes a live streaming platform design project together with the current possibilities of intervention in the different historical phases of music. the Music Industry: production, dissemination, distribution and marketing in connection with the possibilities offered on a Web that seeks to find forms of decentralization This research, in its comprehensive journey, analyzes the different complexities of research on the subject through the theoretical contribution of different currents of theoretical thought, Industry statistics are analyzed where the different complexities of the phases are detailed. Likewise, some current experiences of consumption of phonograms in the provision of streaming will be analyzed and described with a focus on the period 2019 - 2021. A period of relevance for access to cultural industries after the outbreak of the COVID - 19 pandemic at a global level. . Finally, a model is presented along with theoretical reflections on the design of a site that provides tools for the expansion of the distribution of Argentine artists at the dawn of user experience design on Web 3.
