The present work represents a study on the journalistic narratives in the digital scenario in specific, on the social platforms in Argentina. The focus will be on the characteristics of the informative pieces on the Instagram social network, a network that is growing with respect to the number of users and that the media have ventured into in recent years to distribute content and interact with your audience. This research analyzes, firstly, the characteristics of journalistic narratives on social networks, and specially the particularities of the informative story on Instagram. Likewise, it exhaustively retrieves and reviews the publications on the Covid-19 pandemic during 2020 from three Argentine media outlets: Clarín, La Nación and Infobae. Such publications make it possible to identify a series of characteristics of the instar and strategies used by the media to report on the platform, which are later reflected in a possible methodological proposal: a template for managers of social networks in news organizations. In this sense, the model of an Instagram profile is also presented, designed to post, and distribute good journalistic practices on the social network to tell the news.
