These outlines aim to establish what were the challenges of feminist agency in Argentina, to guarantee the right to health of women in contexts of conservative administrations. In this sense, we propose to describe the link between androcentric health practices and the denial of sexual and (non) reproductive freedoms, in periods in which management styles were constituted of certain preponderant axes, such as the search to preserve a social order and the defense of certain types of traditions present in societal representations. We will start from assuming that, from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present, traditionalist projects with classical and neoliberal liberal features prevailed, where the protection of a set of beliefs and social stratification prevailed. In this way, the present work tries to find answers from the analysis of bibliographic sources, analyzing the link between the institutional foundations of the first decades of the twentieth century and the injustices generated in the framework of the development of neoliberal logics.
