Resumen

El presente estudio está orientado a analizar las formas en que lo digital se articula con los contenidos curriculares de ciudadanía y comunicación en la Escuela Secundaria de la provincia de Buenos Aires entre los años 2012 y 2020. Esta investigación analiza tanto los diseños curriculares del nivel como los materiales didácticos disponibles sobre la temática en el período seleccionado. A partir de ese relevamiento se pudo constatar que existen dos tipos de actores en la producción de contenido validados desde la esfera estatal: las editoriales de libros de texto y las entidades independientes de la administración pública (ONGs, fundaciones, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, etcétera). A partir de la indagación realizada, se pudo observar que el concepto de Ciudadanía digital no está presente de manera explícita en los diseños curriculares ni en los manuales escolares y que los materiales propuestos por el tercer sector no se circunscriben a ningún espacio curricular en concreto. Sin embargo, es posible incluirlo, trabajarlo y problematizarlo justo en la intersección entre comunicación, tecnologías y ciudadanía ya presente en los diseños curriculares del nivel. Como propuesta de intervención educativa se presenta la maqueta de “Construcción de ciudadanía digital”, un material didáctico transmedia para la formación en Ciudadanía digital en el marco del espacio curricular Construcción de ciudadanía de la Secundaria Básica de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
This study is aimed at analyzing how digital resources articulate with the curricular contents of citizenship and communication in secondary schools in the Province of Buenos Aires between 2012 and 2020. This research analyzes both the curricular designs of the level and the didactic materials available on the subject in the selected period. It was found from this survey that there are two types of actors in the production of content validated from the state sphere: textbook publishers and entities that are independent from the public administration (NGOs, foundations, civil society organizations, etc.). From the research carried out, it was observed that the concept of digital citizenship is not explicitly present in curricular designs or textbooks, and that the materials proposed by the third sector are not limited to any specific curricular space. However, it is possible to include it, work on it and question it right at the intersection between communication, technologies and citizenship that is already present in the curricular designs of the level. The model of “Construction of digital citizenship”, a transmedia didactic material for Digital Citizenship education in the framework of the curricular area of Construction of citizenship in basic secondary education in the Province of Buenos Aires, is presented as a proposal for educational intervention.
