[es] En el escenario regional de principios
de siglo XXI emergen gobiernos
que establecen, en mayor o menor
medida, un proceso de rupturas
con buena parte de las políticas
implementadas durante la hegemonía
del denominado Consenso de
Washington. El análisis de esta
realidad, condujo a buena parte
de la literatura especializada en
el tema a caracterizar el actual
período como “pos-neoliberal”
y, en este sentido, a las políticas
públicas implementadas como
“pos-neoliberales”. En este contexto
de debate, el objetivo del presente
trabajo es indagar si es posible
hablar de una política asistencial
–en tanto sector institucional
especifico de la política social–
“pos-neoliberal”. Para construir
una aproximación a la respuesta
del interrogante, se analizan las
características de las Transferencias
Monetarias Condicionadas (TMC)
que se instalan en las dos últimas
décadas en un espacio medular
de la política asistencial
