El discurso neoliberal actual se diferencia del de épocas anteriores, configurando un
orden del discurso en torno al miedo, a lo precario, a la inseguridad y a lo marginal. Una
estética de guerra permite ver el entramado de enunciados y enunciadores legitimados
dentro de lo que fue el gobierno de Cambiemos, en la República Argentina, donde un
amplio adversario discursivo se configuró como ese “otro enemigo”.
En este trabajo nos proponemos reflexionar acerca de los discursos del ex presidente
argentino Mauricio Macri, la ex Ministra de seguridad Patricia Bullrich y la ex Gobernadora de Buenos Aires María Eugenia Vidal, enmarcados en la comunicación política de la
alianza Cambiemos, y de la manera en que estos discursos se dirigieron a –y configuraron–
sujetos marginales que se constituyen en este nuevo neoliberalismo reinante. Nos interesa
articular herramientas del análisis político del discurso (Laclau 1987) y la comunicación
política (Gosselin 1998) para, por un lado, analizar la hegemonía discursiva que se configura en este estado del discurso social y, por el otro, ver los procesos de interpelación
subjetivante (Althusser, 1980).
The current neoliberal discourse differs from that of previous epochs, by shaping an order of discourse around fear, precariousness, insecurity and marginality. An aesthetics of war allows us to see the framework of legitimate statements and enunciators within Argentine’s government of Cambiemos, where a broad discursive adversary was configured as that “other enemy”. In this paper we analyze the speeches of the former Argentine president Mauricio Macri, the former Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich and the former Governor of Buenos Aires María Eugenia Vidal, framed in the political communication of the Cambiemos alliance, and the way in which these speeches were addressed to –And configured– marginal subjects that are constituted in this new prevailing neoliberalism. We are interested in articulating tools of political discourse analysis (Laclau 1987) and political communication (Gosselin 1998) to, on the one hand, analyze the discursive hegemony that is configured in this state of social discourse and, on the other, see the processes of subjective interpellation (Althusser, 1980).
