Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las especificidades
de los procesos de mediatización del discurso político en la
vida política contemporánea de la Argentina. Tomando como
punto de partida el discurso realizado por el ex presidente
de la Nación, Néstor Kirchner, el 09 de marzo de 2009, se
concentrará en las modalizaciones particulares que tuvo el
enunciado “Qué te pasa, Clarín?” una vez iniciado el proceso
de circulación mediática, recorriendo tres escenarios: a) la
resignificación del discurso televisivo, b) el trabajo de encuadre
de la prensa gráfica y c) la enunciación política en un
acto de campaña televisado. Se propondrá seguir los usos
sociales del discurso político y reconstruir de ese modo sus
significaciones culturales. Finalmente, abordará este proceso
en relación a las modificaciones y cuestionamientos
contemporáneos de la comunicación política en el período de
gobierno kirchnerista.
This work analyzes the specificities of meditatization processes of political discourse in the Argentinian contemporary political life. Focusing on the speech made by the exPresident of Argentina, Néstor Kirchner, on March 9, 2009, we will focus on the particular modalizations of “Whats wrong with you Clarín?” in the process media flow. Recovering three scenes, a) the resignification of television discourse, b) the framing works of the newspaper and c) the politica enuntiation on televised campaign event, will be proposed to follow the social uses of political discourse and thereby reconstruct their cultural meanings. Finally, we will link this process in relation to changes and contemporary questions of political communication in the period Kirchner government.
