Durante el siglo XX, en el continente americano floreció la narrativa hiperbreve, la minificción, mientras en el siglo XXI las escritoras se involucran activamente en la creación de minicuentos. A través de la crítica feminista, este artículo ofrece una perspectiva semiótica sobre la minificción en español por escritoras de Argentina, México y Chile en el siglo XXI. Su objetivo es promover el diálogo crítico sobre un género literario pionero con una presencia significativa en la literatura hispanoamericana, con el fin de destacar su importante contribución en la reivindicación de la voz del sujeto femenino en América Latina.
During the twentieth century in the American continent a hyperbrief narrative flourished, minifiction, while in the 21st century, women writers are actively involved in the creation of mini-stories. Through feminist criticism, the article offers a semiotic perspective on the minifiction in Spanish by female writers from Argentina, Mexico, and Chile in the 21st century. Its objective is to promote critical dialogue on a pioneering literary genre with a significant presence in Spanish-American literature, to highlight its important contribution in the vindication of the female subject´s voice in Latin America.
