En este trabajo nos interesa explorar
en las características que adquiere la
experiencia escolar contemporánea,
especialmente en relación a la
construcción de vínculos inter e intrageneraciones.
Buscamos enfocarnos
en los procesos de convivencia
escolar y en las situaciones de
discriminación que perciben en sus
instituciones, como una manera de
producir reflexiones que permitan
discutir acerca de las características
que adquieren las interacciones en el
espacio escolar. Entendemos que la
categoría “juventud” permite iluminar
procesos sociales más amplios, en
particular las formas que adquieren
las interacciones sociales. El artículo
se encuentra organizado en tres
apartados. En el primero de ellos
se presenta una discusión sobre las
formas contemporáneas de producción
de la juventud. A continuación, se
realiza un recorrido por los estudios
sobre jóvenes, convivencia y violencia
escolar en la Argentina. Finalmente,
en el tercer apartado se presentan
resultados de investigaciones
realizadas desde el Área Educación
de la FLACSO, donde indagamos en
las situaciones de discriminación y
los procesos de convivencia escolar
que las y los jóvenes perciben en
sus escuelas como una manera de
reflexionar sobre la construcción de
vínculos inter e intra generacionales
In this paper we are interested in analysing the characteristics that acquires contemporary school experience, especially in relation to building links inter and intragenerations. We seek to focus on the processes of school life and in situations of perceived discrimination by the students in their institutions, as a way of producing reflections that allow discuss the characteristics they acquire interactions in the school space. We understand that the category “youth” can illuminate wider social processes, particularly the ways the social interactions. The paper is organized into three sections. In the first one a discussion on contemporary forms of production of youth is presented. Then a tour is done by studies on youth, coexistence and school violence in Argentina. Finally, in the third section research findings from the Education Area FLACSO where we investigate situations of discrimination and processes of school life that the young people perceive about building their schools as a way to reflect present inter and intra generational ties
