The article explores the experiences of women entrepreneurs who participated in training programs at the National University of Rosario (UNR) – the Training Programme for Women Entrepreneurs and the Certification Course on Basic Tools for Entrepreneurs. Through a qualitative approach, through in-depth interviews, the motivations, challenges and strengths of these entrepreneurs are explored. The difficulties common to all entrepreneurs are highlighted, as well as gender-specific challenges such as reconciling work and family time. The participants particularly value the training received and the networking space created, which encourages mutual support, building alliances and strengthening their projects. In addition, they highlight distinctive attributes of female leadership, such as empathy, multitasking, creativity and resilience, which enrich both their endeavors and the relationship with their clients and peers. Although they do not consider women to be superior to men, they emphasize a "feminine touch" that brings warmth and good taste to their projects.
