En este ensayo sobre la novela de Fernando Aramburu, Patria(2016), propongo vincular el texto ficcional con los conceptos de memoria cultural, memoria colectiva, olvido y silencio. Además, se hará mención de las resonancias políticas y sociales del terrorismo de ETA y las posibilidades de representación de las vivencias personales de este, un asunto de poco impacto masivo en el mercado y los medios hasta la fecha de aparición de esta novela.
The aim of this essay is to consider Fernando Aramburu ́s Patria(2016) from the concepts of cultural memory, collective memory, forgetfulness and silence. Further, it will be consideredthe social and political issues about the ETA terrorism and the possibilities of representation of this matter, terrorism ́s personal experience and its little massive impact on the market and the Media until the publishing of this novel.
