The purpose of this essay is to approach the formation of future Graduates in Administration of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of our University, so that they are competent to suc-cessfully manage organizations that develop in highly changing and complex environments. This essay is framed within a research project that deals with the competences to be incor-porated in the formation of the professionals in Economic Sciences belonging to the careers that are dictated in Universidad Nacional de Rosario, as well as the responsibility of the Insti-tution in their development. This first year of the project is particularly focused on the students’ perspective, centering this essay in Administration students.
