derechos.
The purpose of this article is to think, from readings of Michel Foucault and in dialogue with other authors, about some effects that were making visible from the implementation of cultural practices in the Penitentiary Unit Rosario No. 3 under the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry Security of the Province of Santa Fe. It challenges the need to register, describe and examine modes of subjectivity that open to the possibility in the various workshops (spaces NFE) that develop in an institution characterized by the impossibility. Practices that emerge as small resistances generating selfperceptive’s processes in confined subjects, who are empowering from doing with others and are able to cross the networks of power-knowledge as part of projects that recognizes them as subjects of rights.
