En este artículo intentaremos abordar las relaciones existentes entre el fenómeno religioso, las creencias políticas y construcción de la subjetividad contemporánea en Argentina. Trabajaremos a partir de los datos de la Primera Encuesta Nacional sobre Creencias y Actitudes Religiosas en Argentina (CEIL-CONICET, UBA, UNR, UNCUYO, UNSE, 2008) que realizamos dentro de un proyecto PICT Redes “Religión y estructura social en la Argentina en el siglo XXI”, financiada por la Agencia Nacional de Promoción Científica y Tecnológica y CONICET.
Los puntos centrales a desarrollar en esta presentación, corresponden a adscripción religiosa, credibilidad en las instituciones en general (tales como Congreso de la Nación, sindicatos, partidos políticos, justicia, Fuerzas Armadas, la Iglesia Católica y Evangélicas, entre otras), y constitución de nuevas subjetividades, vinculadas a las creencias y prácticas religiosas relevadas. Lo que subyace a nuestra intención es una concepción según la cual “lo religioso” y “lo político” no se corresponden a esferas sociales independientes, sino que podría pensarse la porosidad entre ambas maneras de actuar en el mundo.
In this article we will try to approach the existing relations between the religious phenomenon, the political beliefs and construction of the contemporary subjectivity in Argentina. For this work we use the data that comes from the Primera Encuesta Nacional sobre Creencias y Actitudes Religiosas en Argentina (CEIL-CONICET, UBA, UNR, UNCUYO, UNSE, 2008) that we did inside a PICT Redes project “Religion and social structure in Argentina in the 21st century ", financed by the Agencia Nacional de Promoción Científica y Tecnológica and CONICET. The central points to develop in this presentation, correspond to religious adscription, credibility in institutions in general (such as Congress of the Nation, labor unions, political parties, justice, Armed Forces, the Catholic Church and Evangelical, between others), and constitution of new subjectivities, linked to beliefs and religious practices. Underneath to our intention lies a conception according to which "the religious thing" and "the political thing" do not correspond to social independent spheres, but the porosity might be thought between both ways of acting in the world.
