Este artículo analiza las ideas y la trayectoria de Dardo Rietti, reconocido abogado laboralista
que, entre 1920 y 1931, transitó diversas esferas del mundo académico y el ámbito burocrático
de la provincia de Córdoba. Se estudia la constitución de un perfil profesional vinculado al
derecho laboral, analizando la formación de esta especialidad y su relación con las políticas
laborales del Estado provincial
