Este artículo analiza la experiencia de trabajadores del programa Argentina Trabaja lanzado en el año 2009 por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación. Aquí se observan algunas características que adoptó el programa durante su implementación, procurando establecer vínculos entre las formas de ingreso y los modos de tramitar la participación dentro del programa por parte de los trabajadores. El artículo analiza algunas relaciones entre las características formales que presentó el programa Argentina Trabaja y los modos de apropiación de las cooperativas y la experiencia laboral por parte de los trabajadores. Estos atributos resultaron relevantes en tanto organizaban el campo de posibilidades para las cooperativas en términos de los recursos disponibles y los condicionamientos para su acción y tuvieron consecuencias observables en el funcionamiento del programa
This article analyzes the experience of the workers inserted in the work program called Argentina Trabaja, launched in 2009 by the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation. Here are some characteristics that the program adopted during its implementation, trying to establish links between working conditions and the ways of processing worker’s participation in the program. This article analyzes some relationships between the formal characteristics presented by the Argentina Trabaja program and the way that workers approached to cooperatives and the way they appropriated. These attributes were relevant because they organized the field of possibilities for the cooperatives in terms of the available resources and the conditions for their action and had observable consequences in the operation of the program
