Las instancias de la enunciación en el discurso político realizado en los escenarios
sostenidos de la vida política durante los periodos de las legislaturas presentan diversos
claroscuros. Esta situación hace preciso distinguir el uso del lenguaje de superficie y, por
tanto, de la manifestación del discurso y su correlación, incoherencia, desajuste o imprecisión
con el contenido semántico-ideológico al que remite. En el presente artículo exponemos
una reflexión sobre las transformaciones surgidas en las formas de hacer política en
el escenario político español, y los discursos que las acompañan, basados en las estrategias
seguidas en las estructuras argumentativas, los enunciados y acciones derivados y los actores
que lo realizan. Interesa determinar la práctica seguida mediante simulacros dialógicos
conversacionales con efecto de cercanía e inmediatez, resueltos en pocas líneas o párrafos,
de acceso directo y que se transforman en sentencias, casi eslóganes, con la intención de
buscar impacto y perlocución contenidos en un mensaje encapsulado.
The instances of enunciation in the political discourse carried out in the sustained scenarios of political life during the periods of legislatures present various obscure zones. This situation makes it necessary to distinguish the use of surface language and, therefore, of the manifestation of speech and its correlation, incoherence, mismatch or imprecision with the semantic-ideological content to which it refers. In this article we present a reflection on the transformations that have arisen in the ways of doing politics in the Spanish political scene, and the discourses that accompany it, based on the strategies followed in the argumentative structures, the derived statements and actions and the actors who carry it out. It is interesting to determine the practice followed through conversational dialogic simulations with an effect of closeness and immediacy, resolved in a few lines or paragraphs, with direct access and that are transformed into sentences, almost slogans, with the intention of looking for impact and perlocution contained in an encapsulated message.
