La dinámica del sistema político durante el gobierno de Alfonsín

Abstract

El artículo indaga sobre la dinámica del sistema político durante el gobierno de Alfonsín. Para ello, delimita fases y períodos de la relación entre el Estado, los partidos políticos y los principales actores corporativos. A partir de un análisis diacrónico, afirma que mientras en una primera y segunda etapa se oscilará entre la confrontación y el acuerdo, en una tercera etapa se hará presente una estrategia de “cartelización” que permitirá la presencia de una crisis de representación en simultáneo con una estabilización del subsistema bipartidista y una consolidación del régimen democrático.The article investigates the dynamics of political system during the government of Alfonsín. To this end, delimits phases and periods of the relationship between the State, political parties and the main actors corporate. From a diachronic analysis, asserts that while in a first and second stage will range between the confrontation and the agreement, in a third stage will present a strategy of “cartelization” that will allow the presence of a crisis of representation in simultaneous with a stabilization of the subsystem bipartisan and a consolidation of the democratic regime.
