En este artículo se aborda la problemática del
trabajo y las condiciones de trabajo de los
agentes que se desempeñan en el “campo
de lo social” (según la expresión utilizada por
los organizadores de las Jornadas). Nuestro
abordaje se realiza desde la Sociología del
Trabajo y desde la Psicodinamia del Trabajo,
analizando la particular situación de estos
trabajadores, en cuyos cuerpos se resuelve -de alguna forma- la tensión entre las demandas
crecientes de los sectores sociales más
castigados por la aplicación de políticas
neoliberales en los años noventa en nuestro
país, por un lado, y la persistencia de elementos
propios de esas políticas, tales como el “Estado
Mínimo”.
This article addresses the problems of work and working conditions of agents who works in the “social area” (expression used by the organizers of the Conference). Our approach is from the Sociology of Work and Labour from the Psychodynamic, analyzing the particular situation of these workers, whose bodies are somehow resolved, the tension between the growing demands of the social sectors most affected by the implementation of neoliberal policies in the nineties in our country, on the one hand, and the persistence of elements of these policies, such as the “Minimum State” on the other hand.
