O artigo parte do texto O corpo utópico, de Michel Foucault, para pensar as relações raciais em interseção com questões de gênero e sexualidade. Tendo isso em vista, propõe uma relação entre o estereótipo, a injúria e a experiência do olhar, tal como descrita por Fantz Fanon, como gesto que atravessa corpos não conformes às normas do regime heteropatriarcal, contrastando, por outro lado, a lógica da política de direitos e da representatividadee sua lógica com a problematização das garantias levantada por Stuart Hall.
The article takes Michel Foucault’s text The utopic body to think racial relations in intersection with gender and sexuality. Considering this, the article suggest a relation between stereotype, injury and the regard experience as described by Frantz Fanon, as a common gesture to bodies that doesn’t fit the heteropatriarchal norms, contrasting, on the other hand, the representational politics of wright and its logic with the issue of warranty as pointed by Stuart Hall.
