Este artículo estudia la presencia de la problemática queer en el grupo Sur a través de traducciones, ediciones e intervenciones en el campo cultural argentino. La figura de Enrique Pezzoni como traductor y activo miembro del grupo en su etapa final sirve como emblema debido a su labor editorial. Al tomar el cuerpocomo categoría indispensable para interrogar el mundo literario y cultural, propongo discutir los matices y sentidos específicos del término queer en su funcionamiento dentro del contexto latinoamericano.
This article studies the question of queer issues in the group Sur looking 26at translations, editions and interventions in the Argentine cultural field. The figure of Enrique Pezzoni, as translator and active member of the group in its final period works as an emblem due to his duties as editor. By taking the body as a key concept to look into the literary and cultural worlds I propose to analyze the specific meanings of the term "queer" in the Latin American context.
