DINÁMICA MACROECONÓMICA Y LA CADENA DE VALOR SOJERA (ARGENTINA 1990-2021)

Abstract

Desde la década de 1990 -con inicios en los años ‘70- a la actualidad se observa cierta regularidad en cuanto a la reproducción y acumulación de capitales con una tendencia a la especialización agroexportadora en la economía argentina (Rofman, 1999; Santarcángelo, 2017; Basualdo 2006). En el presente trabajo se considera la evolución de variables macroeconómicas y de la cadena de valor global (CVG) de la soja en un plazo de 30 años a los fines de observar las regularidades en sus trayectorias, reflejando el régimen de acumulación dominante y definiendo una determinada estructura económica. Asimismo, se desprende una serie de regulaciones institucionales del régimen de acumulación dominante vinculada a la CVG sojera en el territorio nacional las cuales se intentan identificar.From the 1990s - beginning in the '70s - to the present, a certain regularity is observed in terms of the reproduction and accumulation of capital with a tendency towards agro-export specialization in the Argentine economy. In this work, the evolution of macroeconomic variables and the global value chain (GVC) of soybeans is considered over a period of 30 years in order to observe the regularities in their trajectories, reflecting the dominant accumulation regime and defining a certain economic structure. Likewise, a series of institutional regulations emerge from the dominant accumulation regime linked to the soybean CVG in the national territory which we attempt to identify.
