Resumen

El presente trabajo, intenta brindar una lectura de los procesos de integración regional, en los que ha participado y participa Argentina, entendiéndolos como construcciones sociales cuyo desarrollo y agendas de integración se vieron influenciados por los diferentes modelos de desarrollo y las políticas de los gobiernos que aplicaron los mismos, partiendo de la base de los diferentes regionalismos que se dieron en la región latinoamericana. A partir de los enfoques del regionalismo cerrado, neoliberal y pos-liberal, se analizarán los procesos de formación y la inserción de Argentina en la Asociación Latinoamericana de Libre Comercio (ALALC) y en el Mercado Común del Sur (MERCOSUR).
The present work, tries to give a reading of the regional integration process, in which Argentina has participated and participates, understanding them as social constructions whose development and integration agendas were influenced by the different development models and for the policies that the governments has applied, starting from the regionalisms bases that occurred in Latin American region. Approaching to the closed, neoliberal and pos-liberal regionalisms, would be analized the process of formation and the argentinian insertion in the Latin American Free Trade Association (ALALC) and in the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR).
