El presente trabajo analiza los procesos de cambio organizacional hacia la sostenibilidad en dos empresas de la ciudad de Rosario: una del sector de servicios sociales y otra del sector alimenticio. Los casos se estudiaron bajo un enfoque cualitativo. El objetivo general es exponer los procesos de cambio organizacionales sostenibles a partir de un análisis comparativo. Los resultados evidencian que aunque las motivaciones e intereses difieren, ambas organizaciones comparten la necesidad de alinear su cultura con las dimensiones de sostenibilidad económica, social y ambiental. El liderazgo ético y participativo, junto con una comunicación interna efectiva son los factores clave para superar resistencias y consolidar una cultura sostenible. El cambio organizacional sostenible no depende únicamente de decisiones estratégicas o de presiones externas, sino fundamentalmente de la capacidad cultural y humana de las organizaciones para aprender, adaptarse y evolucionar. Requiere coherencia entre el decir y el hacer.
This paper analyses the processes of organizational change toward sustainability in two companies in the city of Rosario: one in the social services sector and the other in the food industry. The cases were studied using a qualitative approach. The overall objective is to expose the processes of sustainable organizational change through a comparative analysis. The results show that although motivations and interests differ, both organizations share the need to align their culture with the dimensions of economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Ethical and participatory leadership, along with effective internal communication, are key factors for overcoming resistance and consolidating a sustainable culture. Sustainable organizational change does not depend solely on strategic decisions or external pressures, but fundamentally on the cultural and human capacity of organizations to learn, adapt, and evolve. It requires coherence between words and actions.
