[es] Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación
en curso que tiene por objeto analizar las representaciones
mediáticas de los grupos subalternos en la Argentina
contemporánea. Focalizamos sobre migrantes regionales,
usuarios de drogas y la comunidad LGTB, reconstruyendo
las modalidades representacionales del dispositivo mediá-
tico en su conjunto. Tras presentar el detalle, sostenemos la
hipótesis de que este dispositivo presenta una modalidad
enunciativa andro y etnocéntrica que es congruente con las
alteridades construidas históricamente en la configuración
cultural de la Argentina.
[en] This paper puts forward the outcomes of a research in progress which aim is to analyse media representation of groups in subaltern positions in the present of Argentina. We have focused upon regional migrants, drug’s consumers and LGTB community, de / re constructing the overall media device through the analysis of the ways media represents these groups. After an in-depth presentation of the analysis we stand for the hypothesis that the enunciation modality of this media device is androcentric and ethnocentric, which is coherent with the historical otherness construction of Argentina’s cultural configuration
