Las problemáticas relativas a la circulación y recepción de ideas, son tópicos ineludibles
dentro de la renovada historia intelectual y política de los últimos años. Dentro de este marco,
el presente artículo aborda la visita de una figura del mundo académico francés, Gaston Jèze
en los tempranos veinte en Argentina. Se analiza, por una parte, la recepción que obtuvo
su serie de conferencias desarrolladas en Buenos Aires en 1923, difundidas por la Revista
de Economía Argentina; por otra, se plantean algunas hipótesis relativas a las condiciones y
claves de dicha recepción
The problems relating to circulation and reception of ideas are unavoidable topics within the renewed intellectual and political history of the last years. Within this framework, this article focuses on the visit of a French academic figure, Gaston Jèze, in the early twenties in Argentina. We analyze, first, the reception that got its series of lectures developed at Buenos Aires in 1923, released by the Revista de Economía Argentina; on the other, we discuss some hypotheses concerning the conditions and keys of the reception.
