Proyecto de investigación en comunicación estratégica del fomento de políticas públicas participativas en el fenómeno Álvaro Uribe Vélez

Abstract

Colombia se encuentra en un proceso histórico de cambio gracias a la firma de acuerdos de paz. A partir de allí se debe pensar en la transformación necesaria desde la estructura social y la gestión de políticas públicas, las cuales son manejadas exclusivamente por las personas que ejercen cargos de poder gubernamental. El desafío comunicacional de esta investigación es incentivar la creación participativa de políticas mancomunadas entre la sociedad civil, las instituciones, los gobernantes y el Estado, que fomenten el bien general y velen por las necesidades prioritarias del país, desde el fenómeno Álvaro Uribe Vélez.Colombia is in a historical process of change due to the peace agreement, therefore it is necessary to think in the necessary transformation from social structure and the management of public policies, which are exclusivity managed for people who hold positions of governmental power. It is needed to work in the participative creation of joint policies among civil society, institutions, politic leaders and the state. The communication challenge should be directed towards promoting a policy that looks after the general interest and the main needs of colombian society, as seen from the Álvaro Uribe Vélez phenomenon.
