Este artículo aborda la práctica de autotraducción de poemas
castellanos en el primer volumen de poesía publicado en Italia por parte del escritor Juan Rodolfo Wilcock. En primer lugar, se considera la reescritura de sus textos poéticos en el marco de la importación de su producción literaria. En segundo lugar, se analiza la operación editorial que dio lugar a la publicación del poemario en Italia. Se concluye relevando algunos resultados parciales del análisis de tales operaciones.
This article addresses the self-translation of some Spanish poems in the first poetry book published in Italy by Juan Rodolfo Wilcock. In the first place, it examines the rewriting of his Spanish literary work concerning the first edition of the book. In the second place, it analyzes the strategies of this rewriting from a sociological perspective. Finally, the article concludes by summarizing the effects of such undertaking.
