En base al informe realizado por la Comisión de análisis y evaluación de las responsabilidades en el conflicto del atlántico sur,de los testimonios, documentos y análisis realizados con mentes que estuvieron planificando y peleando la guerra;se realiza un análisis con mentes nuevas tratando de llegar al mensaje que condense las lecciones más importantes para los futuros planificadores de la Defensa Nacional.
