A profound transformation of the public space and political sphere is occurring with staggering rapidity linked to technological changes affecting as much media supports than the development and consolidation of new discursive practices by users. This change takes place at multiple levels have opened a wide debate about the political communication classical logic to the point that a researcher is in the right to ask if political communication is possible today without web 2.0. My hypothesis is that the NICT transformations produce a particular type of relationship between political actors and citizens from which we can trace the origins of new populisms.
