Resumen
We live in a learning society characterized by permanent change. Companies need to be able to recreate themselves in order to act more efficiently. That is possible only throught profound cultural change, a Generative Transforming Learning which turn companies into learning organizations. This paper suggests a synergy process between agents, Dialogue and model, that would allow companies to become aware of today’s culture, so as to desing the ideal vision, to create, it develop and sustain it in time.
