Este trabajo analiza el proceso de inserción de un grupo reducido de mujeres docentes e investigadoras en el espacio universitario y científico de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario en la década del ‘90. Se centrará especialmente en hacer visibles los obstáculos que están presentes en los espacios académicos y de investigación, y que impiden que estas mujeres puedan desarrollar plenamente su carrera profesional. La teoría de género y la historia oral funcionarán como soportes teórico y metodológico del estudio ya que lo que se pretende también es dar a conocer otros aspectos como son el mundo privado y las percepciones y experiencias del universo a estudiar.
This investigation analyzes the process of insertion of a small group of researchers women in the scientific and academic space of the National University of Rosario in the decade of ’90. It will be centered specially in making the obstacles visible that are present in the academic spaces and of investigation, and that they prevent that these women can develop their professional race totally. The theory of gender and oral history will work as supports theoretical and methodological of the study. Because it wants to present other aspects like the private world, the perceptions and the experiences of these women.
