Educación sin exclusión en un Estado Laico: ¿tarea pendiente? Un análisis desde la problemática de las niñas-madre en Argentina

dc.descriptionEl embarazo en la adolescencia en la Argentina continúa en ascenso. El 15,5% de los nacidos vivos son hijos de madres menores de 20 años, la proporción varía según las regiones del país y la persistencia de estas cifras indica que los servicios de salud y el sistema educativo no han implementado acciones ni brindado conocimientos y recursos para evitarlo. El sostenimiento de un culto oficial por parte del Estado, proceso que fue cimentando el mandato social de la mujer exclusivamente como receptáculo de vida, sin derecho a decidir sobre su integridad sumado a un proceso de naturalización de ciertos valores que acompañan ese mandato y que posicionan socialmente a las niñas y mujeres en condición de no decidir sobre sí mismas, más un proceso de escolarización que profundiza esta naturalización puesto que no promueve formas de contrarrestar el mandato dan como resultado la profundización de los procesos de exclusión y los circuitos de marginación social de las niñas y adolescentes cuya situación de vida las rotula como ‘carenciadas’. En estas condiciones, la revisión de la infancia y sus derechos es el punto de partida necesario para la construcción de una nueva subjetividad de hombres y mujeres en una sociedad justa.es

The 15,5 % they of the born alive are children of minor mothers of 20 years old, the proportion varies according to the regions of the country and the persistence of these figures indicates that the services of health and the educational system has not implemented actions neither offered knowledge and resources in order to avoid it.- The support of an official cult on the part of the state, process that went laying the foundation the social command of the woman exclusively like holder of life, without right to decide on their integrity added to a process of naturalization of certain values that accompany that command and that they position socially to the neither and women in condition of not deciding on itself, but a process of schooling that deepens this naturalization since he don't promote forms of counteracting the command they give the deeping of the processes of exclusion and the circuits of social alienation of the like result neither and young people whose situation of life labels them like" disadvantaged" In these conditions, the revision of the childhood and their rights are the necessary starting point for the construction of men's new subjetivity and women in a just society.es
