dc.description.abstractLa sustentabilidad se ha convertido en una tendencia que se ha vuelto dominante, no sólo por sus implicaciones ambientalistas sino por sus alcances en la reducción de costos y la imagen empresarial en un mercado cada vez más diverso y competitivo. A pesar de ello, los impactos ambientales del hábitat edificado, siguen en alza en la región. Mediante una investigación en espiral -primera etapa Exploratoria, posteriormente Descriptiva y finalmente Explicativa- se buscó responder acerca del grado de desarrollo que presentan como Organizaciones Socialmente Inteligentes, aquellas que incluyen en su estrategia comunicacional la sustentabilidad en la ciudad de Rosario en el rubro de la Construcción. El concepto de construcción sustentable refiere a las diferentes estrategias destinadas a minimizar el impacto ambiental de las obras de construcción en todas las fases del ciclo de vida de un edificio. La selección del mismo obedece en principio a dos criterios fundamentales como lo son la importancia y viabilidad de la temática investigada. La búsqueda de soluciones al menoscabo ambiental de la construcción ha encontrado en el desarrollo sostenible un socio para crear nuevas técnicas que no se basen en el daño al medio ambiente. Hace ya varios años, arquitectos, desarrolladores y constructores comenzaron tímidamente a analizar para sus obras elementos de carácter sustentable. El Desarrollo Sostenible representa una verdadera oportunidad para mejorar notablemente el modelo organizacional. Independientemente del tamaño, tanto para grandes o pequeñas, varios estudios demuestran que las organizaciones que avanzan y progresan en este sentido, obtienen mayor productividad, lo que repercute directamente en los resultados.
dc.description.abstractSustainability has become a trend that has become dominant, not only because of its environmental implications but also because of its scope in cost reduction and business image in an increasingly diverse and competitive market. Despite this, the environmental impacts of the built habitat continue to rise in the region. Through a spiral investigation - first Exploratory stage, later Descriptive and finally Explanatory - we sought to answer about the degree of development presented as Socially Intelligent Organizations, those that include sustainability in their communication strategy in the city of Rosario in the field of Construction. The concept of sustainable construction refers to the different strategies aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of construction works in all phases of the life cycle of a building. Its selection obeys in principle two fundamental criteria such as the importance and viability of the topic investigated. The search for solutions to the environmental damage of construction has found in sustainable development a partner to create new techniques that are not based on damage to the environment. Several years ago, architects, developers and builders timidly began to analyze sustainable elements for their works. Sustainable Development represents a real opportunity to significantly improve the organizational model. Regardless of the size, whether large or small, several studies show that organizations that advance and progress in this regard obtain greater productivity, which has a direct impact on results.
