Este artículo pretende abordar los aportes realizados por los ‘Juicios sobre la Averiguación de la Verdad Histórica’ en el plano jurídico nacional y local. Asimismo nos interesa pensar la relación entre los juicios y las luchas de organismos de derechos humanos luego de promulgadas las Leyes de Punto Final y Obediencia Debida y los posteriores indultos, en tanto en la búsqueda del fin de la impunidad conforman el marco en que se desarrollarán las batallas por la construcción de sentidos del pasado. Por último reflexionaremos sobre el rol de la disciplina histórica y su compleja relación con la justicia y la construcción de memorias sobre el pasado dictatorial.
This article tries to approach the contributions made by ‘Juicios sobre la Averiguación de la Verdad Histórica’ in the juridical national and local plane. Also we are interested to think the relation between the judgments and the struggles of Organisms of Human Rights after promulgated the ‘Punto Final’ and ‘Obediencia Debida’ laws and the later pardons, while in the search of the end of the impunity conform the frame in which the battles by the construction of senses of the past will be developed. Finally we will reflect about the role of the historical discipline and its complex relation with the justice and the construction of memories about the past dictatorial.
