Este trabajo pretende reconstruir el accionar político y militar del Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores (PRT) en la provincia de Mendoza entre los años 1973 y 1977. Para ello, el foco de análisis se encuentra en los diversos frentes de masas en los que tuvo desarrollo e inserción dicho partido. Buscamos develar cuáles eran los planteos políticos que trabajaba la organización en los diferentes sectores y las relaciones que construían las/os militantes perretistas. Apelamos a investigaciones regionales recientes para poder enmarcar este trabajo en un contexto histórico mendocino. Ante la ausencia de bibliografía específica sobre las organizaciones marxistas de los ’70 en Mendoza, recurrimos al análisis de los periódicos El Combatiente y Estrella Roja y a la construcción de fuentes orales a partir de diversas entrevistas realizadas por la autora a ex militantes del PRT.
In this paper is the intention to recover the political and military operations of the “Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores” (PRT) (Worker´s revolutionary party) in the Argentine province of Mendoza between 1973 and 1977. In order to accomplish this, the focus of analysis centered on the diverse mass fronts in which the party had insertion and development. We aimed to uncover the political poses that the organization was working with on each different group and the relationships that the PRT supporters built among each other. We appealed to recent regional investigations so that we could enshrine this paper in a local historical context. Due to the lack of specific bibliography about the Marxists organizations of the 70´s in Mendoza, we resorted to the analysis of the newspapers El Combatiente y Estrella Roja and to the construction of oral sources resulting of interviews by the author to former PRT supporters.
