Visibilización del rol de las mujeres en la ciencia. Actividades para la reflexión

Abstract

La conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Mujer y la Niña en la Ciencia tiene como propósito mejorar el acceso de las niñas a las ciencias y visibilizar el papel de las mujeres en la comunidad científica. En línea con las actividades que para esta fecha se realizan todos los años, en este artículo se abordan las acciones que en 2023 se llevaron a cabo en la Facultad de Ciencias Bioquímicas y Farmacéuticas de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario (exposiciones gráficas, conversatorios y experiencias científicas) con el objetivo de resaltar la importancia de integrar la perspectiva de género en la educación universitaria y de promover la equidad en el ámbito científico.The commemoration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science aims to improve girls' access to science and make visible the role of women in the scientific community. In line with the activities that are carried out every year on this date, this article addresses the actions that were carried out in 2023 at the Faculty of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the National University of Rosario (graphic exhibitions, discussions and scientific experiences) with the aim of highlighting the importance of integrating the gender perspective in university education and promoting equity in the scientific field.
