El presente artículo, analiza para cada categoría de recurso, el impacto de tomar decisiones en escenarios en los que la incertidumbre y la amenaza de los cambios permanentes de realidades, de roles competitivos y de los comportamientos de los mercados, puede alterar no sólo el requerimiento de cada categoría en la propuesta de valor, sino también el nivel de inversión y su consecuente impacto en la propuesta de valor de la empresa. Las transformaciones estructurales, durante y post escenarios de incertidumbre y amenaza, replantearán las metodologías de conceptualización y evaluación de los recursos para garantizar su permanencia como capacidades distintivas
This article analyzes, for each resource category, the impact of making decisions in scenarios in which the uncertainty and the threat of permanent changes in realities, competitive roles and market behavior, can alter not only the requirement of each category in the value proposition, but also the level of investment and its consequent impact on the company’s value proposition. The structural transformations, during and after scenarios of uncertainty and threat, wil rethink the methodologies of conceptualization and evaluation of resources to guarantee their permanence as distinctive capacities
