Los esfuerzos de este artículo se dirigen a tratar de reconstruir parte del entramado de las relaciones de poder, que conforman la fuerza social dominante del Noreste de Chubut hacia fines de la década del 60. En ese momento, la provincia comienza a transformar su estructura económico-social, al ritmo de los proyectos de “Promoción Industrial” y de “Polos de Desarrollo”. El primer Congreso de Historia de Chubut se nos presenta como un observable que nos permite no sólo apreciar indirectamente algunos aspectos ideológicos y estratégicos implícitos en esa transformación, sino que también nos permiten reconstruir parte de las relaciones de poder en la provincia durante el onganiato.
This paper aims to rebuild part of the dominant relationships at northeastern Chubut in the late '60s. At that time, the province was modifying its economic and social structure, through the "Industrial Development" and "Development Poles" projects. The first Congress of History of Chubut presents as an observable which allows us not only appreciate some of the ideological and strategic aspects implied in this transformation, but also to reconstruct part of the power relations in the province during the onganiato.
