El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la representación social del inmigrante en los
programas de gobierno del año 2005 y 2013 de la expresidente Michelle Bachelet. El
estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo, a través de un estudio aproximativo del
denominado Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD). Los resultados indican que la
representación social del inmigrante se sitúa entre la ambivalencia de la inclusión (desde
la propuesta de accionar político) y la discriminación (desde la construcción discursiva
de la subjetividad del inmigrante)
The article has as objective to analyze the social representation of immigrant in the government programs of the year 2005 and 2013 of the former president Michelle Bachelet. The study has a qualitative approach, through a rough estimate of the socalled Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The results indicate that the social representation of immigrant is situated between the ambivalence of the inclusion (from the proposal for political action) and discrimination (from the discursive construction of the subjectivity of the immigrant).
