O objetivo deste trabalho é explorar as relações
entre o gênero – enquanto espaço dinâmico de estruturação
dos textos – e um dos níveis da arquitetura textual – os mecanismos
que assinalam os modos de assumir (ou não) a responsabilidade
enunciativa e as formas da modalização. Para tal,
são observados dois gêneros de texto: as cartas de reclamação
e as cartas-respostas institucionais publicadas na imprensa.
Assim, partindo de um conjunto de textos publicados em Portugal
– e adotando como eixo certos aspectos desenvolvidos
no quadro do Interacionismo sócio-discursivo (cf. Bronckart,
1997) – procura-se pôr em relevo a estreita ligação entre os
parâmetros genéricos e os mecanismos de construção textual.
The aim of this paper is to examine the relations between genre – as a dynamic space of text structuration - and one level of textual architecture – the mechanisms that show how to assume enunciative responsibility (or not) and how to express modalization. In doing so, we will observe two text genres: the complaint letters and the institutional answer-letter both published in portuguese press. By studying a group of texts published in Portugal – and adopting as a guide some aspects developed in the framework of socio-discursive interactionism (Bronckart, 1997) – we try to show the strong relation between genre parameters and text construction mechanisms.
