de redemocratización en América Latina, considerando,
en primer lugar, el estado de la democracia
en la región para luego pasar a analizar el
papel que en su consolidación han desempeñado
la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA)
por una parte y la potencia hegemónica (Estados
Unidos) por otra
