El presente trabajo plantea una indagación sobre las lógicas de construcción y transformación de la ciudad de Rosario en el periodo 1976-1983, durante el autodenominado Proceso de Reorganización Nacional pensando que ciertas estrategias de localización y configuración del espacio urbano resultaron funcionales a los objetivos de control de la dictadura sobre ciertos grupos sociales. En tal sentido nos interesa indagar tanto la definición misma de dichos espacios como los procesos de construcción de identidad y de apropiación o aplicación de recursos políticos, culturales o económicos sobre la transformación física de la ciudad por parte de los distintos actores intervinientes.
The present work raises an investigation on the logics of construction and transformation of the city of Rosario in period 1976-1983, during the self-appointed “Process of National Reorganization” thinking that certain strategies of location and configuration of the urban space were functional to the control objectives of the dictatorship on certain social groups. In such sense the same definition of these spaces like the processes of construction of identity and appropriation or application of political, cultural or economic resources interests to us to investigate so much on the physical transformation of the city on the part of the different intervening actors.
