El artículo analiza las dinámicas de la conflictividad laboral y la normalización sindical en los albores de la democracia alfonsinista a partir del examen de dos casos: los trabajadores metalúrgicos y los empleados municipales de la ciudad de Rosario. Se propone reflexionar sobre la relación entre ambos procesos, examinando las demandas, los repertorios de acción, las relaciones entre sindicatos, Estado y empresario, y las tensiones al interior de las distintas facciones sindicales.
This article analyzes the dynamics of the labor conflict and the union normalization at the dawn of the alfonsinism democracy from the examination of two cases: metal workers and city employee of Rosario. It intend to reflect about the relationships between both process studying the main demands, the repertoires of contention, the relationship between unions, state and employer, and the tension within the various union factions.
